Why Pretty Awkward? simply because what Deborah finds to be pretty is usually what others might call awkward or even ugly. Deborah finds beauty in many things even the dark places and is drawn to contrasting objects - for example grungy, deralict buildings and glamorous fashion.

Deborah also wanted to separate the fashion photography from her weddings & portraits as this is where she gets to explore and be creative with a team of people who share the same passion and enthusiasm.

Deborah is involved with an ongoing fashion photography project for the Caterpillar Boutiques which has stores in New Farm {Brisbane}, Broadbeach {Gold Coast} and Melbourne. The images are being used for various advertising projects and appearing in a number of issues of the Style Magazines Gold Coast publication.
